GENERAL TERMS
By commissioning me, you certify that:
- You are over 18 years of age.
- Characters that you commission me to draw are canonically over the age of 18.
- Characters that you commission me to draw belong to you, or you have permission to use them.
- The art you receive from me (as well as the rest of my art) is for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial purposes without my express permission. Feel free to email me for a quote for a licensing fee.

PROCESS
- If you'd like to commission me to draw you something, send me a Twitter DM or an email to [email protected] (email is preferred, I check that more often) with what you'd like, your reference art, and your P*yP*l email address that I can send an invoice to, and I'll respond asap (usually within a day) to confirm if I can do it and to clarify any details.
- Upon confirmation, I’ll send you a quick rough sketch of what I have in mind based on what you’ve requested, with some options if I'm undecided about the design. If you’d like anything changed, I’ll do up to 2 more roughs for free - after that it’ll be a non-refundable minimum $10 fee via invoice per additional rough sketch or alteration, which I’ll draw once the invoice is paid.
- When you’re satisfied with the rough sketches and ready for me to go ahead and draw it, I'll send you a P*yP*l invoice for the full amount from [email protected], and I'll put the commission in my queue once full payment is received.
- Note that by paying the invoice, you are certifying that you are over 18 and therefore of legal age to be purchasing the content from me.
- I'll send you a WIP snapshot of the sketch stage for inks, and of the inks for colors. If you want any changes made I can do them at this stage, or if I don’t hear back from you in 48 hours after sending the WIP snapshots, I may continue with what I’ve got.
- Once I'm done I'll send you the final as a hi-res .PNG and a web resolution .JPG via Dropbox link. You're free to upload it anywhere including your own galleries, just please link back to me (my FurAffinity, my Twitter @jimbohusky, etc - you can see my full link list on my About page).
- I reserve the right to upload the finished art to my own galleries and art compilations, and I'll link to your profile as well, UNLESS you request I leave your name out and remain anonymous before the work is completed and/or posted - note that anonymous commissions have an additional fee of +50% the listed price of the commission, and private commissions (art that I won't be allowed to immediately post in my galleries) will cost 2x the listed commission price, as that's exposure I'll be giving up. If a commission is requested to be made private after it has begun, I reserve the right not to continue with it until the additional 50% price increase has been paid via invoice.
- If I missed anything or got any details wrong in the final and it was in your reference art or notes, I'll fix it for free. If it wasn't in your references or notes, I can make corrections for a minimum of $10 per revision, possibly more depending on the complexity of the edit.
*Anything unclear? Feel free to shoot me a note or email with any questions about my commission process!*

RULES
- If you want to cancel your commission and be refunded, send me a note or an email at [email protected] as soon as possible - I'll provide a full refund up until the moment I've moved past the rough preview sketch and started either penciling or inking, depending on the type of commission.
- If I've moved beyond the rough sketch and you still want to cancel, I'll provide a partial refund depending on how far I've gotten, as I need to be paid for time spent. The percentage of completion and how much of a refund you'll get will be determined by me, but I'll explain the stages of art that I've completed in my refund confirmation.
- Fees for extra revisions are non-refundable - I'll add a reminder in the invoice for the fee.
- My art is for personal use only by the intended recipient, and may not be used for commercial purposes without my express permission (i.e. shirts, mugs, prints that will be sold in any capacity, etc). Feel free to email me for a quote for a licensing fee. If I find out my work is being used commercially in any way without permission, I'll make a PSA and report the commissioner to relevant community blacklists.
- I expect my clients not to participate in any hate groups or share any hate speech, including the use of derogatory terms in adult art. (For example, slurs on my unacceptable terms list.)
Causes for immediate cancellation:
- All characters I'm commissioned to draw must belong to the commissioner, or have the permission of the creator (with the exception of gifts, as long as it's clear the commissioner knows the giftee personally).
- All characters must be canonically over the age of 18 and must not be referred to by hateful or derogatory terms.
- If I find or am notified of evidence the character is stolen or does not belong to the commissioner and was used without permission, or if I find a posting of that character with a description or tags indicating they are intended to be under the age of 18, or any evidence that a commissioner is involved in any hate group or is currently using hate speech, I'll cancel any current work-in-progress commissions and refund them, block and blacklist the commissioner, make a PSA, and notify the relevant community blacklists.
- If I can't complete a commission for personal reasons, I reserve the right to cancel it, in which case I'll provide a full refund. (Except for revision fees, if any.)
- Any attempt to affiliate my work with NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind, or to resell my art or characters I've designed using them, will result in being blacklisted. Regardless of whether or not you bought the character from me, you will be blacklisted if I find out you attempt to tokenize or authenticate any artwork I drew or any character I designed using NFTs.

THANK YOU!
Thanks for going over my rules! I try to front-load a lot of explanations for worst-case scenarios to defend myself from future headache and anxiety, but I try to be a very warm and easygoing artist, just ask any of my previous clients!
I also try to be very flexible, so whether you're a current commissioner or considering getting a commission from me, do not hesitate to ask any questions you might have about my process! I'm also looking for new ways to clarify my rules, so your question might help me out filling in the gaps.
Above all, thanks for your interest in my work, and I look forward to drawing something for you!
